IRC Zolberg Fellow: Monitoring and Evaluation in Kenya

Team: Kenya Country Program, M&E team

Cohort: Summer 2019

Project Aim:

The fellow will be dedicated to the IRC Kenya M&E portfolio. The major projects will be to: (1) design a process for IRC Kenya senior management team members to receive M&E data, analyze data, and adapt project decision-making based on analysis; (2) support the transition of IRC Kenya to the COMET system; and (3) support M&E elements of reports and proposals.

The fellow will be able to expand their M&E expertise in a practical manner to implement a new M&E data system – COMET – as well as support high level decision making based on data analysis that affects service delivery to beneficiaries

Deliverables:

  • A process for SMT data-informed decision making;
  • COMET implementation at IRC Kenya;
  • various reports and proposals – with respect to M&E

Potential travel involved: Fellow will be located in Kenya, with potential travel in-country
