Hi everyone! My name is Camila Figueroa from Colombia. I am a second-year MA student in Psychology at The New School. After working as a Family Reunification Specialist with Unaccompanied minors, I decided to focus my research on immigrant's and refugee's wellbeing. Currently, I am part of a research project on the relations between knowledge of intergenerational stories of immigration and wellbeing among Latinx families. Very excited about this course and learn the extent to which mental health intersects with human rights and public policy. Looking forward to meeting you all!
