E.M. Mouhoud  teaches international economics and is the director of the Masters in International Affairs at Paris-Dauphine. He is a researcher at the Laboratory of Economics Dauphine- DIAL IRD.

E.M. Mouhoud was the first economist in France to highlight and analyze both theoretically and empirically, the Industrial relocation phenomenon. Two of his reference books are “Technical change and international division of labor”, Economica, 1993, “Globalization and Offshoring of enterprises“, landmarks, La Découverte, 2011 (Third Edition). Recent publications include: “International migration and mobility : new challenges to integration in European Union”(working paper in progress); “To have and have not. Migration, remittances. Poverty and Inequality in Algerian” paper published in the Scandinavian Journal of economics; “De-globalisation and reshoring activities : Emerging Asian Countries and European Competitiveness in perspective” (working paper with Jacques Mazier)
