Volunteer Opportunity with Unaccompanied Immigrant Children

The Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights provides Child Advocates for unaccompanied immigrant children in federal custody. The Young Center’s model uses volunteer Child Advocates who undergo a Young Center training, meet with a child on a weekly basis, and learn the child’s story, all supervised and supported by Young Center staff. Please click on the link for further information on the upcoming Child Advocate training on April 2nd and 3rd in New York City.
